What It’s Like to Work With Mark

As a college student who graduated in Michigan during the 2020 pandemic, my career didn't exactly get the start I dreamed of. Now being out of college, I wanted to pay my student loans off fast, but how could I when I couldn't find a solid job with my communications degree? Month after month of constant application rejections.

In 2022, God opened the door for me to begin my own thing rather than work for corporate. I started designing for companies, developing their websites, and running their social media accounts to gain them more business. But I still needed a coach to help me make wise financial decisions...

Hope - Aspyre's Deeply Held Beliefs

Biblical hope is a confident expectation and trust in God's promises, rooted in faith and the assurance of His love and faithfulness. It's not just wishful thinking, but a firm belief in the reality of God's goodness and His ability to fulfill His promises, even in difficult times. Biblical hope is ultimately centered on Christ and His return, offering a future of restoration and eternal life. [1234]

A Confident Expectation

Unlike ordinary hope that may be uncertain, biblical hope is characterized by confidence and moral certainty. It's a firm belief that God will deliver on His promises, even when circumstances seem dire. [123356]

Rooted in Faith

Biblical hope is deeply connected to faith. It's the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1). [778]

Centered on Christ

The ultimate object of biblical hope is Christ. His birth, death, and resurrection fulfill Old Testament prophecies and offer the promise of eternal life. [11]

Hope in Trials

Biblical hope can be a source of strength and comfort during times of suffering and difficulty. God uses trials to strengthen our faith and deepen our character, leading to a more profound hope (James 1:2-4). [99]

Living Hope

The hope we have in Christ is a living hope, springing from His resurrection (1 Peter 1:3). It's a hope that extends beyond this life, offering the promise of eternal life and an inheritance in heaven. [1144]

A Theological Virtue

Hope is one of the three theological virtues (faith and charity being the other two). It is infused at baptism, increased through sacraments, and reinfused with confession. [88]

Linked to Other Virtues

Hope is also linked to other virtues like patience, fortitude, and magnanimity. [88]

God's Love as a Source

The Holy Spirit pours out God's love into our hearts, giving us the assurance of hope that will not disappoint (Romans 5:5). [11]

A Foundation for Joy and Peace

The God of hope fills us with joy and peace as we trust in Him, enabling us to overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13). [1010]
